Our Board of Directors meets regularly on the 4th Tuesday of every month, unless a holiday, at 6:00PM.  

Our board is comprised of five Directors and are appointed by Mayor Ciriaco (Ciri) Villarreal

Secretary - Executive Director Ms. Joyce (Joey) Shumaker

Commissioner - Mr. Ernesto Martinez

Agendas will be posted at least 72 business hours before each meeting occurs.

The public is welcome and encouraged to attend any of our open meetings.
