We are currently seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Full-Time Property Maintenance Technician.

Responsibilities include:
✔ General property maintenance and repairs
✔ Lawn care and landscaping
✔ Painting and basic carpentry
✔ Cleaning and upkeep of properties
✔ Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner

Requirements:
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to lift and perform physical labor
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair work
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
